Hi,

Looking at the calendar, I am assuming that most of the riding is single track style riding. I am thinking about buying a 2008 KLR 650 to do some dual sport riding after a 10 year break from riding. Do you have many members with this type of bike or is the club more geared towards the 250-450cc scene?

Thanks
Richard

Generally the bikes are 450cc give or take a few

As for dual sports rides there’s a few but 90% of the rides are trails hills some narrow track or even dessert riding
Come along to a few and see if it’s what you’re looking for, Smiley

Ring the ride leader or club captain and they will help you out with what the terrains going to be like for the ride

Richard,

If you are available I'll be leading the a beginners ride on the second Sunday in April at Marysville. You'll like that ride as it's not too hard and is mainly fire trails with the odd challenge thrown in if you are game.

It is open to all so come along and have a go. As they say you'll never never know if you never never go....
