Hi Guys, I'm a new member, hope to get on a ride soon, but I live a long way away from where most of the rides seem to be held. Just wondering if I want to park at Abbeyard or camp there do I need to contact anyone beforehand, get keys for locked gates or anything like that, if so who? I only live about an hour away from there so it would be great to use it as a base to explore from every now and then. I'm heading out that way tomorrow but don't expect replies before then so will find somewhere else to park for the day. Cheers.

members can use the Abbeyard property any time. There is a combination lock on the gate. Unfortunately I do not have the code for it. Some other committee member may be able to help. It would be good if you could let a committee member know if you are going to the property at any time and also report back if you find any problems there.

Thanks for your reply Ian, I'll certainly get in touch with a committee member before going up there. I stopped there today and saw the combo lock.
