I ve been asked by some members to transfer the ride to Sunday so they can have a day to recover before they go back to work so here it is .
Ok lets go for a ride for the Queen cause without her we would not have the following day of work. Level 1 level 2 ride on Sunday the 9th of June at Neerim South meeting 8am for 8.30am departure on the bikes at the DSE unloading area and happy to meet attendees outside Neerim South Hotel at 7.45am who are unsure of the meeting point. Fuel for 120klms lunch on the trail back to the cars around 4pm. New or potential members are most welcome to attend but previous members who have let there membership lapse please make sure you renew your membership before putting your name on the list.
Mixture of trails and terrain depending on who comes and how well they are coping. Bring your smile and sense of humor as with most of my rides there are always a few laughs and character building moments. this will be a no pressure ride with plenty of couching and help if needed.
Get your bike checked before you come as we do not want to spoil anyone's day with having a unreliable bike. things to have checked are your chain and sprockets, wheel bearing and spokes, electrical connections, fork seals, spanner check all bolts and nuts are tight, Fuel connections etc, coolant system, oil level. Bring a spare front tube and a basic tool kit to suit your bike.
Bring plenty of hydration etc. A first aid kit and trained first aider and UHF radios will be on this ride.
Registration and license required but rec rego is fine for this ride.

Done the rings and repacked the muffler, hoses done power valve fixed leaking sprocket shaft seal and water pump shaft seal done and oil changed, Just got to put a rear tyre on lube chain and air filter new fuel hose and I'm ready, what about you Mister Bike Electrics ? Or is that Mr Wheel Bearings ? |
