Oui, that is correct and the other DR is spelt "Dr No" as in bond, James Bond!

I think your on the wrong path!!
It is Dr Know and he Knows everything.From the movie AI !!
There is nothing Dr Know doesn't Know.
Ps: Dr Know says that Comming is spelt like this .Coming
Because Dr. Know Know's what's what and who's who, and whoever asks a question will know too.
Paul I think the club has stopped all rides, so there is no AMTRA ride on Monday.

The Dr. Know scene in A.I. was originally longer and more humorous. I found this out from one of the featurettes on the storyboards that show the additional lines. In case our're interested, here is the scene:
Having never been confronted by a Dr. Know before Joe and David are somewhat hesitant...
Dr. Know: "Vell? I haven't god all day...vaddoyou vant to know?"
"Robots..." answers David. "We want to know about robots"
Dr. Know: "Liddle yung fer dat kinda thing--still, each to his own I guess! Let me tell you deres nothing I don't know about robots in dis here town!" At this point starts to launch into a verbal, visual and aural onslaught regarding the various robotic sex available in Rouge City.
Joe and David are much too polite and confused to interrupt him in mid flow...however Teddy is not...
Teddy: "Hey dumbass!--Not that kind of robot!"
Dr. Know: "Are you talkin to me? Are YOU talkin' to me?"
"Of course I am blondie!" Here Teddy goes on to explain what they really need to know concerning robots.
Dr. Know: "Oh ya, ya, now I get you." In an aside to Joe--"Psst--you SURE that's the kind of robot you want to know about? Cause just a block from here is some of de cudest ardificial poontang a guy could ask for...but hey, ditch de kid and de furrey midget first OK!"
"OK, OK...Rrrobots...Led me see......Oh ya--now I remember where I keep dat sort of stuff!" (Information circulates around him) "Der...dats bedder! Now if I only had a butt we'd really be cookin', ya?!"
