Well we are doing it again, even though we did lots we still have a lot to go, so if you can help to clear some great riding areas please come and help. Ok the date is set so lets get some bodys and chainsaws along to clear a new L1 L2 riding area.
Meeting place will be corner of Tanjil Bren Rd and Moe Rawson rd at 8am and we will drive 15 odd klms up Tanjil Bren and go from there around 8.45am.
I will need 2 tailpeople and 1 extra ride leader.
As many Chainsaws and operators as we can get as most trails have more than one group of trees down.
Anyone else who wants to come along and lend some muscle and have a ride is also very welcome as we will need lots of muscle.
Fuel for 100 to 120klm, lunch on the trails. Back packs for tools and okky straps so if you are not carrying a saw we can strap a fuel container to your bike etc.
You can call me or PM me or reply here but we do need some help from our fellow club members, the area we are looking at is not well used so nice place for beginners and for others who just want to hone there skills. Remember..i cant lift heavy things, i cant use a chainsaw, i cant afford to break a nail ...however i do know how to have a chit chat, and know how to make a cuppa...so i reckon you will find some use for me... |

Besides not sure how you plan on carrying a trailer load on dirt bikes But what you do when we have finished is up to you. |

When Phil came out on the first Chainsaw Massacre he had a home made chainsaw holster on the side of his bike and could get his saw on and off in 2 secs , so with some spare time today I headed for the hardware store and spent $42 on the required plumbing supplies and 1 hr of my time and here it is.
