The months are rushing around quickly and it is almost time for October's ride.
This will again be a level 1 - 2 standard ride and beginners and other inexperienced riders are welcome. About 100 to 140 km for the day depending on the weather and how quickly the ride flows. For those who wish to bail early we are never far from the road.
Directions.  Take the Marysville Road from Narbathong for exactly 2 km and cross the Acheron River Bridge. Go to the end of the safety rail and turn hard left down onto the river bank.  8.30 for 9.00 am start.
Note. 1. Some care should be taken when doing the hard left turn.
          2. The parking area is a CFA watering point and the turning circle needs to be kept clear.
I will be in the coffee shop in the Coles Carpark in Healesville at about 7.30 for my second cup.
    All welcome,
    Phil Randall. 0408 370 764

Iv heard about the red clay in that area, l might need Crash bars & a sign on my back that says OverTake me on the right side of road only. At least goggles wil help me with the dust this time.
Sounds fun. Jim.

Never too late.  I am not too critical about numbers. If you are there you ride.
Weather looks good, so far anyway.
With daylight saving we can ride longer if we want to, and bail out is always an option as we will never be more than a couple of k from teh bitumen.
See you in the coffee shop in the morning.
