Rob is leading this ride. Lunch on the trail - will not be going to pub as the wait there is to long.  Ride is approx 100km.  Hope to be back at the cars early arvo if all goes to plan.

I normally run this ride from my house but I will not be able to provide enough parking. So we will leave from Launch Reserve.


BIG Track combo on this ride - it has every thing ! Red clay, loam, bog holes, BIG log hoppin, big hills, mega rocky rutty stuff, open smooth fast stuff and some nice 'narrow tracks' that are tighter than a nuns  ......  

Going by the law Full Reg bikes are a must, but all of my friends who do this ride all have rec reg so it's you're call. I, nor AMTRA will be responsible for you're own actions and decisions where you ride and what you ride.

Limit is 20 riders.


Meeting here at 8:30am in lower car park - leave at 9:00am SHARP !  I don’t wait if ya late so make sure you are ready.  Be back at the cars about 1:30 - 2pm.

2.5km of Black top riding and 1k of dirt road to the tracks - warms up the bikes nicely.
 


Those with Rec Reg that want to come and are worried about Mr Plod can park here on the corner, or down the dirt road section of Parkinson road – no further than 0.8k.

You will have to park on the side of the road and please don't park in front of horse paddocks with horses in them! You will need to be ready no later than 9:35am – that’s gear on, and bikes warmed up ready to follow us. You can have lunch on the trail just before the pub and you will have to carry you're own fuel.

 Ride will be off if the weather is crap ( I don't want to get my hair wet  )

May need to bail on this one. 

My clutch is on its last legs (again!) and I may not get a chance to replace it before the ride and given your big hills and BIGGER logs it sounds like there will be a bit of clutch action for the old DR which she may not cope that well with, so...

Ride still on boyz but Rob is taking you all as I have torn one of my quad muscles and wont be riding for another 4 weeks.

 Lunch on the trail as the Poweltown pub takes up to much time waiting for food etc.

 Fuel for approx 100ks.
