SATURDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER
THIS RIDE WILL BE A BEGINNERS / LEVEL 1 RIDE AND WILL BE AT MY PACE.
This is my first ride I have lead and really looking forward to seeing beginners and anyone at all that wants to come and have a nice easy day and some fun on the bike.
*The terrain is easy and flat with no big hills. Hopefully a few puddles to splash through, and nice open tracks with a few whoops here and there...but not big ones. Enough to have fun though. There is a small sandy stretch that i have found to be a little bit of a challenge...but i have managed to get through it several times...theres heaps of help if needed...but if i can do it...anyone can :)
There will be 2 meeting points:

Meeting point 1: Freddo and Marls (if you are travelling down the Sth Gippsland Hwy) will be departing at 8.30am from opposite the Shell Servo at Woodside on the Sth Gippsland Hwy Between Yarram and Sale-approx 2 hours from melb and to convoy to the unloading area. Roughly 10 minute drive for an on the bike start about 9.30am.

Meeting point 2: Johnny and Sandra (Bob) (if you are travelling down the Princes Hwy) will be leaving Traralgon 7.50am opposite SuperCheap on the princes hwy just as you enter Traralgon on your right hand side to convoy to the offloading area which will take approx 50 mins. 
 
 Lunch back at offloading point...to eat and re-fuel then we will go out and do it again...and maybe add a bit more to the afternoon loop if people want to.
Looking at being back to head home around 4.00..depending on what happens on the trails.
If it has been raining...the terrain will be nice and grippy:)
Morning loop: approx 40k's
Afternoon loop-the same...but maybe a bit more tacked on.
We will have a Guardian Angel to look after our tail...and thats the wonderful Marls. She has offered to help look after our people that may need that extra help.

 This will be the longest I have ever travelled for a day ride ( I must be mad ! ).

Hey Em....yes you do have to come....and its not that far :)..but thank you..tell your friends they are welcome.., i have indemnity forms for non members to fill out so thats all cool...and be aware to let them know this ride is most definitley at my pace- so there wont be any quick ridng or fanging...just so they are aware of that..but the more the merrier.

Bob I think you should ride the Berg and Johnny rotten should ride the TTR then your pace may pick up a couple of klms

but the nancy boys  may not be able to keep up if i jump on the berg :)

The Berg a can of red bull and Rossi and i can watch you fly again!

Hey guys...not long now for my first ride...really looking forward to it..just an update....a few of us will be camping overnight on the Saturday night...so if you want to stay and relax after the ride and hang about...pack your tent and goodies....its nice camping out there..and if anyone wants, maybe we can go for a another little ride on the Sunday morning...i knpow i will want to and will drag Johnny along too...Anyway, the offers there as there is already i think about 5 or 6 of us camping at this stage.

Not long now guys and gals...just a bit of a check up..Marls has offered to do tail - which is awesome...but is there anyone else that wouldnt mind putting their hand up to tail with Marls...just in case of a flat tyre or mechanical issue...there is a morning and afternoon loop so we can mix it up a bit..so let me know if you would like to so we can get ready. And remember it looks like there will be a few of us camping...so if you want to join us..bring your tents etc. Looking forward to seeing you there...later...from Bob :)

I did have a quick look at my small problem last night but gave up because I wasn't in the mood to do it.....got the bike up on the stand.....that was my effort ;D At least the bike has been cleaned sincde the last ride ;) ;)

KL was great we had a fantastic time....that is the problem I am knackered we didn't stop and the plane flight back was awful....all I want to do is sleep.
