Title: Cobaw Level 1/2 Ride. Post by: Mat R on December 09, 2009, 11,54:31 AM May make this a full day, not sure yet. Definitely the afternoon for a Level 1/2 ride around Cobaw.
Meeting at Ridge Road Carpark, at intersection with Devanney Rd. How to get there - Take Calder Hwy to C324 exit and turn right. About 3 km turn left at the sign marked for Hanging Rock. Then proceed straight ahead, ignoring the right turn to the Rock. Through Newham and then over the crossroads. Turn right at the end of the road into Forest Rd, follow this road into Cobaw State Forest and straight ahead up the hill along Ridge Rd. About 2 km along you will get to the intersection with Devanney Rd and the carpark entry is on the left. Will be trying to get the Zero there. Contact Mat R 0409 520 642. Challenging on mind & body as always and that 'Challenge Hill'..OMG :o...You know, reckon if I didn't have a flat front tyre (found it when we got home)...would have made it all the way up!...until the next boot camp.... ;)
