Sue

If you come to Cobaw you will be looked after. Don't be put off by the numbers. There will be two groups and the main reason for running Level 1 rides is to encourage beginners into the sport and to improve your riding skills.

When I started riding again after 10 years away from the bikes, the AMTRA guys were very patient and encouraging with all the support and riding tips I needed, which was heaps and heaps.

Anyway, think about it, you'll have fun and you'll be safe.

Cheers

 Brad,
Can't do the 4th but Neerim is good for me, I would be interested in any level 1 rides going, keep me posted.

Paul,

Thanks for the encouragement, I will get to Cobaw just need a bit more confidence, think i'm just a bit too raw to be let loose in a group, still learnig to ride without being able to have my feet flat on the ground! I ride road bikes and have to re-adjust my thinking for the dirt..

Have a great ride
btw where did you get that video of me, I have a constant bruise from bashing my head against my keyboard!!
Cheers

Well I am still expecting around 25 for the morning and 50+ in the afternoon.

Everyone pack their Patience and Good Humour, as there are bound to be delays.

This ride is now FULL.

There will be two groups with 2 people per corner to try and keep things together.

Meet up is at BP Calder Park Outbound, 7:30 departure for morning group and 12:15 departure for afternoon group. The afternoon group will be led out to Cobaw by Luke - he has a Black Landrover with a WRF450 in the trailer.

For those meeting us there - the carpark is at the intersection of Ridge Rd and Devaney Trk in the Cobaw state forest.

See you all tomorrow.

Regards

Mat.

Sue,
Dennis and I are thinking of doing a ride during the week at Neerim South if you have a day off come along? Perhaps next Thursday or Friday.
Anyone else who is interested is welcome to also come.
It will be a evaluation ride for the L1/L2 on the 4th of October, so a bit stop start and mostly cruising.
