Hi Mat,
I havent been on an organised ride before and I was thinking about going on this AMTRA ride. Is there anything I need to know prior to coming along?
i.e. memberships/bike requirements?
I have been riding for around 2 years so figured I would start with this ride and base my skill level of that.
Any help would be great.

Non members welcome on the ride. If you enjoy the ride then think about taking out membership to AMTRA. Rec Reg minimum and a licence.
Basic tools and tubes a plus. Will be a few challenges for the Level 1 rider and some for the Level 2.

No problem Lance, Craig, Mark and Darren.
That makes 13 so far I think. Group of around 20 is a good number.
Unlikely to be a morning ride this time - Dave has something else on that weekend.
I should be at the BP outbound Calder Hwy at Calder Park around 11:30 for anyone who wants to follow me out there.

Put Steve Wiseman and myself down for this ride. We're thinking of turning up a few hours earlier to just cruise around as I've not been there before, then meeting back at the car for 12:30 to ride with the group
