Before the meeting there is a BBQ and something to drink, watch the videos from previous rides and catch up with what's going on in the club . After the meeting a light supper is available and more videos are shown.

The Annual General Meeting also includes elections for the club committee. It is held on the last Wednesday of July  at the hall at the rear of St David’s Anglican Church, 1111 Doncaster Rd, Doncaster East. Melway 48 D1, Opposite Tunstall Square. Supper 7:00 on, Meeting commences at 8:00pm.
