Ok guys, it is on again, and I need to know who will be there for catering purposes.
Sunday 3rd April 6pm at AMTRA Club property @ Abbeyard.
All members and family are welcome, as well as all HCR volunteers.
This is a great weekend for our newer and older members to get up to Abbeyard and experience our clubs property and our number 1 annual event, which will be topped off with a club party.
Barby and drinks supplied by the club, smiles and laughter and bulldust supplied by the members and guest, it is a great chance for the club members to catch up with each other and share there 2011 HCR stories so HTFU and be there, or be square.

Will Myself and David Mcleod are both volunteers and will be travelling up together on Thursday , we will not be leaving abbeyard until monday ( 4th ) midday so we will both attend the Party sounds great ..... We were also hoping to get a quick ride in on Monday morning before we leave  ... |

There will be a number of members staying up there who don't look at the web-site, or will just be there anyway!
I wouldn't consider it a final count.
There will probably be some entrants who will stay over also.
