Good on you Rob for stepping up. Normaly I would have been there but this year I've managed to book a ride on that weekend this year.
I blame Al and his ride the weekend before Tongue
I'll have a beer at the Ouyen pub and toast to all your work.

Cool, blaming Al. That makes Amtra feel more homely.

Wow, look at that long list of workers.

Rob, Doug, Kerryn and Cam, hope the weekend goes well and there is not too much grass to cut.

I'll give you a call next week Rob and find out how it went.

Rob,Doug & Kerryn arrived at the block at about 9.00 am and pretty much got into the work straight away. There was brush cutting, push mowing and the ride-on happening first up.After about an hour the ride on trashed the main belt so it was off with the deck, remove the old belt and Doug took a pleasant drive back to Myrtleford to get a replacement. While he was away Cam turned up to lend a hand and we kept working while Doug was sitting on his ar$e.No wonder he is so short Grin.
During the day we managed to -
Mow 3/4 of the block
Brush cut around the main shed/down to the showers and a couple of camp areas.
Kárcher the toilets & showers
Fix the taps beside the main shed
Fix the wiring to the showers/toilets
Pump water from the bottom tank up to the top 2 tanks
Portaloo's fitted and filled with water.

We called it quits about 6.00 pm and had refreshments and a feed.We hit the sack about 10.30

Sunday morning was spent finishing the mowing/shifting water and cutting & splitting wood.

We packed up and were all out of there about 11.30.

The block is in magnificent condition, the weather was great,a good amount of work was achieved and refreshments were enjoyed in pleasant company.
