Will, I am a + one = 2 for this if ok. That will take care of the cancellation at the feeding trough.
I note the early start time, what time do you expect to return to cars. Do we need to carry fuel or can you get it at Erica? I only get about 90-95km's from a tank.

Gary carry a spare litre back at cars at 12 change load up and in the pub at 1 and mozzee of home when you've had enough. |

Its been a while since I ran one of these rides but it will be in a new area and a new pub to some.
Old farts means that to attend you must be an old fart either by age or by personality, its your call.
It will be a level 1 / 2 ride and is suitable for beginners, rec reg will be fine as we only have one main rd to cross so you can push it over if you so desire.
The terrain will be sandy loamy, light rocks, clay and mud Dust.
Morning tea will be on the trail so bring plenty of fluid for hydration and trail snacks.
As it should be hot we will meet at 7am opposite Wild Cow Tk on the Moe Rawson Rd in the clearing on the bend and be on the bikes for 7.30am and finish around 12 and in the pub for lunch for 1pm for some much needed bench racing and socializing.
At this stage I am thinking of the Erica Hotel but I will do a recky to check it out next week and will confirm.
Please indicate if you wish to attend the pub lunch as I will need to make a booking so entry's for the lunch must close on the 26/1/13.
Usual laughs will be expected so bring your smile, fuel for 100klm and gain extra points if you bring you old banger bikes along as well as your old bodys.
The ride will be cruisy with some small challenges thrown in to test you but there will be plenty of assistance along the way for you. As usual safety is paramount so first aid and epirb will be on the ride.

Ok Erica hotel booked 4 18 4 lunch. Will, if it wasnt raining right this minute i was gonna pull out and do seano's ride  so was Bill, (it was his idea but he was too testicularaly challenged to say so) im still not happy that i have to arise at 4 friggin AM to pick up an old fart to go on an old farts ride (really, what kinda sane old fart gets up at 4AM) think yourself lucky its raining mate [end of whinge] |
