Its been a while since I ran one of these rides but it will be in a new area and a new pub to some.
Old farts means that to attend you must be an old fart either by age or by personality, its your call.
It will be a level 1 / 2 ride and is suitable for beginners, rec reg will be fine as we only have one main rd to cross so you can push it over if you so desire.
The terrain will be sandy loamy, light rocks, clay and mud Dust.
Morning tea will be on the trail so bring plenty of fluid for hydration and trail snacks.
As it should be hot we will meet at 7am opposite Wild Cow Tk on the Moe Rawson Rd in the clearing on the bend and be on the bikes for 7.30am and finish around 12 and in the pub for lunch for 1pm for some much needed bench racing and socializing.
At this stage I am thinking of the Erica Hotel but I will do a recky to check it out next week and will confirm.
Please indicate if you wish to attend the pub lunch as I will need to make a booking so entry's for the lunch must close on the 26/1/13.
Usual laughs will be expected so bring your smile, fuel for 100klm and gain extra points if you bring you old banger bikes along as well as your old bodys.
The ride will be cruisy with some small challenges thrown in to test you but there will be plenty of assistance along the way for you. As usual safety is paramount so first aid and epirb will be on the ride.

I'm thinking the PE might have to come out for this one! It was the first ride I took it on last year, so it seems appropriate to do it again.
Pencil me in (lightly) at this stage. I still need to get my head around where I'm at at the moment.

I will try and make it also. I have a new pair of boots to break in. Was hoping to be breaking in a new bike but it looks like that may be turning into a car for my daughter.
