Its been a while since I ran one of these rides but it will be in a new area and a new pub to some.
Old farts means that to attend you must be an old fart either by age or by personality, its your call.
It will be a level 1 / 2 ride and is suitable for beginners, rec reg will be fine as we only have one main rd to cross so you can push it over if you so desire.
The terrain will be sandy loamy, light rocks, clay and mud Dust.
Morning tea will be on the trail so bring plenty of fluid for hydration and trail snacks.
As it should be hot we will meet at 7am opposite Wild Cow Tk on the Moe Rawson Rd in the clearing on the bend and be on the bikes for 7.30am and  finish around 12 and in the pub for lunch for 1pm for some much needed bench racing and socializing.
At this stage I am thinking of the Erica Hotel but I will do a recky to check it out next week and will confirm.
Please indicate if you wish to attend the pub lunch as I will need to make a booking so entry's for the lunch must close on the  26/1/13.
Usual laughs will be expected so bring your smile, fuel for 100klm and gain extra points if you bring you old banger bikes along as well as your old bodys.
The ride will be cruisy with some small challenges thrown in to test you but there will be plenty of assistance along the way for you. As usual safety is paramount so first aid and epirb will be on the ride.

I'm thinking the PE might have to come out for this one!  It was the first ride I took it on last year, so it seems appropriate to do it again.

I'm gonna have to bail.  I had already told Pete I'd do his Mt. Dissa ride, and given that I'm taking the PE to the Three Bridges Vinduro in March, I need to take the WR out for a spin otherwise it will crack the sads and have a sulk!

I,m gunna bail on this one ,went for an explore today and wasn't sure what to expect but found a new area that is pristine for level 1 level 2 ride .
so I,m gunna post one up for next weekend while it is still fresh in my head where we went :o

Will, I am a + one = 2 for this if ok. That will take care of the cancellation at the feeding trough.
I note the early start time, what time do you expect to return to cars. Do we need to carry fuel or can you get it at Erica? I only get about 90-95km's from a tank.

Gary carry a spare litre back at cars at 12 change load up and in the pub at 1 and mozzee of home when you've had enough.

Ok Erica hotel booked 4 18 4 lunch. Just to refresh early start meeting at 7am 4 7.30am take off and flying back to cars by 12 pack and be in the pub for 1 pm weather looking awesome so far with around 20c so let's hope it holds easy peasy ride old fart softy special but lots a laughs to be had, catch ya then Will

Never said it was a waste of time, it's only my opinion but 8hrs riding and a long dinner with like minded AMTRA members would be better

No listen here ya bunch of Old Farts, stop your sookin aboot the start time and Harden the Feck Up, go to bed an hr early, we start early so we still get a good 4 to 5hrs of riding in so we can then enjoy each others company at the social gathering in the pub for lunch and some much needed bench racing with out all the club politics and Bull Dust. Bill and Menice if you fail to turn up, look out.
