Title: Old Farts Prep Ride Chainsaw Masacre 7/9/13 Post by: Willbar on August 25, 2013, 09,57:49 AM In Prep for the following weeks ride I need to go and pre ride and clear the trails after all this wind as the tree down fairy lives in Tanjil State forest and am looking for some fellow lumber farts to help out. This prep ride is not for beginners and u need either a hand saw or a chain saw.
Morning tea and lunch will be on the trail so bring plenty of fluid for hydration and trail snacks. We will meet at 8.30am opposite Wild Cow Tk on the Moe Rawson Rd in the clearing on the bend and be on the bikes for 9.00am and finish around 4.30ish. Usual laughs will be expected so bring your smile, fuel for 120klm. The ride should be cruisy with some small challenges thrown in to test us but armed with chainsaws look out. As usual safety is paramount so first aid and epirb will be on the ride. 1. Willbar 2. Fredo 3.
