Title: Re: Kinglake Clubman Clubman + Paul 98764853 Post by: Aaron on February 29, 2008, 11,43:35 AM What is wrong with you?Why did you put this in as a clubman/clubman + ride when you are running in a new bike and only plan on doing a 80km 1/2 day ride?
Maybe you should put that info in the calender. We're out. Just because there is a couple of faster riders does not make it a clubman ride. Title: Re: Kinglake Clubman Clubman + Paul 98764853 Post by: Paul Smith on March 01, 2008, 12,34:37 PM Nothing misleading in there and there was a phone number or more info contact there. As for me - You'll find that I can ride a bike that I'm breaking in quicker than a lot of guys will ride.
According to the club standards a clubman ride is where little assistance is given. The + was added for the challenging terrain as is usually the case. We waited, waited then waited some mpore befopre leaving a note for Shane Roberts who said he was coming you guys at the bakery before we left. Bag me all you like but do it after you have put a ride in the calendar ;) Title: Re: Kinglake Clubman Clubman + Paul 98764853 Post by: Aaron on March 02, 2008, 08,32:28 AM Fair call on me putting on rides. But if I go on a clubman ride I don't expect to be back at the cars at 12.00.
A little more info would be nice. How is the new beast? Better than the last? Title: Re: Kinglake Clubman Clubman + Paul 98764853 Post by: David Smith on March 02, 2008, 10,35:07 AM hey what bike did you get?

There is only 11 prototypes in existence, factory development bikes or being or raced by pro's. Just an 07 to tide me over until the 09 gets in... Although the Kinglake ride is about 90km it is a very very good workout. If I get enough people wanting it I'll organise a double loop day starting at 7.30 and finishing at 5.30. Most guys these days seem to have to be home by 3pm to do their weekly manicure/pedicure. Good you know there are some real men left......... ;) Title: Re: Kinglake Clubman Clubman + Paul 98764853 Post by: Aaron on March 03, 2008, 01,40:48 AM Sounds good. Many narrow tracks?
