SATURDAY 6/9/08 !!!

This will be a challenging ride with little or no (physical) assistance given. Plenty of encourgament though, along the lines of "hurry up ya mug!".

Grin

The hills are seriously steep and some of the tracks are very narrow. When you get back from this 100km ride you will not need a gym workout for a few days.

Phone me on 0400092103 to discuss if you are keen. We have 3 starters - group size is limited to 8. Because of the complexity of the terrain.

This sounds like a full service ride. I like that.
Who's picking me up?
Paul, will you be washing our bikes for us as well?

The detail.
What are the burger options?

Hey Paul, this sounds like an interesting ride. I'll be up for it in about a month or so. The wife's just given birth (again) so not doing much right now. But I haven't seen a King Lake ride so I'm keen to try it.

Hi Karl,

Was a good ride on the weekend. 6 Starters which was pretty good for such a ride. Only Adrian made it up THAT hill, the cheeky bugger did it twice to prove it was not a fluke. I got about 1/4 up (twice) and ran out of puff (before the bike did). Luke got as far as I did and had the same problem.

All are keen to come again next month so we'll see you there as well eh ?
