Ok who's up for a high country mystery ride. The reason it is a mystery ride, is because I dont know where we are going yet, accept for that it will be a High country ride and may be a 1 day or maybe a 2 day ride with an overnight stay in a pub somewhere.
I will list it as a clubman ride but if you have done a AMTRA few Level 2 rides you should be able to step up, as you will get help if required. The aim will be to do anywhere from 200 to 300 klm in total depending if it is 1 or 2 days. Terain will be typical vic high country and we should be taking off in the southern part, somewhere around Licola or Rawson.
As with all my rides you will need to pack your smile and sense of humour.
If we do an overnighter then you will also need to carry your overnight gear on your back or bike and may need some spare fuel if you do not have a large tank. Of coarse you will need a reliable bike and a basic set of tools and Ultra heavey duty tubes fitted to your bike.
We will start the list and I will start working out where we are going to go, but it will be kept top secret until later.
Numbers will be limited to 14 so get your name on the list if you are up for an adventure or two.

1.  Will Munro
2.  Pommy Mat
3.  James Creasey
4.  Frankie Reefman
5.  Ted Hemmingway
6.  Gary Clarke
7.  Rossi Ranyard
8.  Colin Pearce
9.
10. Bill Toan
11. Dennis the Menace
12.
13. Decky
14. Alex Peacock

Well its nearly not a Mystery, Sleeping in Bunk houses at Bloreshill Caravan Park.
The Blores Hill Caravan and Camping Park is located at Weir Road Heyfield. Setting 1km from Lake Glenmaggie. The park is pet friendly. Our hosts are Fred and Angelina.  03 5148 2495
We are booked in for Friday night and Saturday nights and you need to bring your own bedding along. Bring food for brecky for 2 days and for lunch on the trails on Saturday. Dinner on Saturday night will be at the Commercial Hotel 61 Temple St Heyfield 51482482 booked under AMTRA.
As for the ride it is still a Mystery but you will need to carry fuel for 160klm and lunch on the trails. We will be leaving the caravan park around 8am to be on the bikes for 9am. Any questions call me on 0414354317 Will.
As Darren cant throw a leg over yet there is two spare spots if anyone is game.

I can't wait for this ride to come around, it's going to be a hoot, after a warm up ride last Saturday & Monday makes me want more. Also sitting around the camp fire & dinner at the pub with ya mates, yeah it's going to be an awesome weekend,

Is it Saturday yet?

Falling off doesn't hurt, it's the sudden stop that does the damage.
