So Christmas Days done & dusted, And your sitting around the House Full as a goog. What do ya do?? "Go For a ride".
This will be my last ride for the Year, so come along and enjoy a Post Christmas ride and Pub Lunch.
Don't be scared, it won't be hard at all.
Rec Reg is at YOUR own risk, but we are going into Jamieson, where Full reg is Required, so it's your Call!!

Meeting at: Just 200mtrs down from Golden Trout Pub on the pondage in Eildon at 8.30am for a 9.00am Start.

Note: The Eildon - Jamieson Rd is now fully Sealed, so if you think you wonna split early, it's a easy Cruise back to Eildon.

Just wondering if there is any club policy on knowingly taking rec reg into full reg territory?

Depending on the copper etc it could end up a bad look for AMTRA with a number of riders booked most likely with AMTRA stickers.

Not trying to hiss on your parade Pete - just wondering.

The club doesn't own bikes, the rider is responsible for paying the rego on the bike they ride in the forest, and he/she should know where they can ride their bike, i have stated in my post about reg conditions.

Lets look at this from a different angle:
Angle No 1:
 If i start a ride in the Forest in a Full & Rec Reg area, and ride to a Road that requires Full Reg, but the rider with me has Rec Reg, and i say to him " you can't ride on this road, it's for Full reg only" he replys " what are you, MY MUM" and decides to ride with me on the Full Reg only Road.
Why am i Responsible or the Club for that matter. It's his decision to ride down the Full Reg Road, i did tell Him!!!
 Angle No2:
I get to a cliff, and say "don't ride off the cliff" and he does!! I'm sure the club or i are NOT responsible.

I'm attending a General Club Meeting on the last Wednesday of the month, as always everyone is invited to come along and join in, just like a club ride. I have been at the meeting of an hour and decide to go to the Toilet, when i fall flat on my face and break my nose, in a well lit area with excellent lighting and no trip hazards.
Who is to blame:

The Church?
I think it could be me, for not lifting my feet !!!

I think i have told everyone very clearly about the ride conditions, and made the text Purple, bold and very visible compared to the other text.

 I know your a smart Man, and a smart man would have a smart answer to your question, so i'm sure you can answer your own Question !!!

Make sure you inform the pub we're coming , so they know to put on extra staff.

This year we might refuel at Jamieson and a quick 15Min ride to Kevington Pub for lunch.

Hi Guys, i'm organising a Motorbike Trail Ride From Eildon to Jamieson for fuel and lunch at your Pub around 12.30-1.00pm, most of the Riders will have Steaks and parma's. I'm just getting in early so i can prepair you and not surprise you on the Day.
I will keep in touch and try to get the Qty of meals we will be needing for the day early on the 27th, i can't tell you exactly how many are coming, it's really a matter of who shows on the Day.

Weather is looking SPOT ON for this ride ;D

 Can't wait !  I have just spent my tax refund on getting everything that needed to be replaced on my bike replaced - looking forward to riding it - it will be like a new bike !

Thanks for the arvo ride Pete, had a ball on the 640 today. 440 km day for me ,about 50/50 dirt/road
