OK Thrillseekers!

The one on the right is a 78CR 250 which is in mint condition and I will probably do some VMX on it this year

VMX! You're Corleone are bigger than mine!

I'll settle for some scrambling on the 73 TS250 later in the year.

How's the TS coming along?

Both are progressing.

The 250 K (73), has just had a rough re-spray, top end re-build, re-grease and freshen up.  All going according to plan, it will be re-assembled this weekend, and then sent of to GMC to have a new header made.

The 250 A (76), was on the back burner while I was away over Christmas, but just today I had the front rim, hub and brake plate polished, and took them to Lightfoot to get the wheel re-built.  I'll get that back next week and then go through the whole process with the back wheel.

The A is still months away from completion, but the K should be up and running by the end of the weekend.

Hope your not in a hurry for the header from GMC, they are fu$&@ng hopeless!! Geoff has had 3 fuel tanks of mine for a year that needed dents removed and nothing has been done with them! If I can get them back they will be going to the U.S to be fixed! Do not use GMC in Broadford

I just spoke to Ryan who is the contact for the Vinduro to see if my restored TT600 would be eligble for the event (it was built after the official cutoff date of 12/84).

He was fine with it (considers it to be a 'follow-on' model), so I guess I can join in the fun on Sunday!

Hmmm, guess I'd better find some barkbusters to fit it!

Has something changed with the entry conditions Nathan?

When I spoke to Ryan a short while ago he didn't mention anything about on-the-day entries not being allowed...

I was just reading through the sup regs and just re read it and it contradicts itself, so I should be able to enter on the day.

Good - you had me worried there for a minute!

Ryan from OMCC has been working flat out to produce a loop where 90% of the tracks haven't been seen at a vinduro before. There's even some brand new tracks specially made for the event. It will be approximately 10km around. The weather has been pretty good, so it should be a terrific day, make sure you get there if you can.

Hey Serge, was there any catering at the event last year? Just wondering if you can buy lunch there or if it is BYO only...

It was 12months ago!  I don't remember what I did yesterday!

My recollection is no catering.  I plan to pick something up in Yarra Junction.

What a great day for a Vinduro at Three Bridges! Pity after the 3rd lap my bike decided it only wanted to use first gear! Day over, heres some pics.
