Ok back to my normal ride area for this ride.

Saturday May 12th.

Level 2 or Clubman. Your call! IF ITS WET THIS IS A CLUBMAN RIDE

Around 100km of up & down some of the great tracks around this fantasic ride area. Dont be confused with normal rides here as this will be a day on the tight stuff.

Not heading to any shops or fuel stops so you will need, morning snack, lunch & something for the arvo.

Fuel for 100k's

Bike serviced & ready for a ride please! This ride is usually a little further away from easy access roads so breakdowns are much harder to cover & I dont need to have people heading into the bush at 9.00pm to extract riders or bikes.

Spare levers? Tubes? you know the routine.

Its posibly going to be damp by this date so ensure you have your wet weather stuff ready. But if its dry thats a bonus.

Those that have been on rides with me in the past here know how much fun the tracks are we use. But now we have more! LOL

Sorry not a begineers ride at all. If you have very good confidence at level 2 & have a few good rides at that level under your belt then this could be for you. Hard arse nutcases are welcome as well!!! LOL

No major river crossings.

OK everyone, this ride is on  Route checked . Start will be 2.2KM up Mount Beenak Road, off the Yarra Junction Noojee Road. The carpark is very popular with police so ensure you are happy with your bikes compliance. As stated rec reg is OK.

Departing the carpark at 8.30am so ensure you are there well before to be ready to leave on time. No idea what time we will be returning as it depends on how the ride flows but I expect (hope) about 4.00pm Lunch will be on the trail so BYO

Cheers Pete

IF you are looking for this start on Google Maps, it only shows the corner of Blacksands Road & Noojee Yarra Junction Road. As the google map doesnt show Mount Beenak Road connecting with the Noojee Road. So just go to Blacksands Road ( which is directly oposite mount Beenak road
This ride will not be for the feint hearted, the conditions were slick & slippery on a dry sunny day, ride day forecast is for showers. Due to wet forecast this would be a clubman ride. Yes it really will be a challenge.I advise at least brilliant or new tyres! Dont bother coming if you have worn out tyres on your bike!!!!!
Scroll through the messages for this ride, Yazza has kindly set up the google links & also picture of the road we will be leaving from! Hows that for cool!
