I think what he meant to say was that he 'might come out', as in out-of-the-closet!

To all intrested? On the day i was thinking of using the short steepish hill at John's place to run through some hill techniques. I had in mind along the lines of;
- Sitting and standing position for both up and down.
- The benifits or pitfalls of either position.
- What to do when you come accross a hill on the trail which seems too hard or steep.
- Stuff like dead engine decents, instead of bull dogging (walking)a bike down.
- Gear selection
- Clutch control
- And anything else i or anyone can think of?

This idea has come about from what ive seen on a few easy rides and what people let wreck an otherwise good day. By obsticles that seem to big, that with some advice could have been tackled. Im no instructor, just thought maybe i could pass on some advice to anyone who wanted it? And if you dont want to listen, thats fine too. Im married, so im use to it!
Cheers Al

Hey Al...yes to all of the above...apart from Monos....would be terrific to have you assist with the hills...im sure it will be confidence building for me without feeling as though i cant make the grade. Level 1/2 rides...may not be so distant in the future...with a little help from my friends, Thanks heaps Al for your consideration of a beginner and what help is needed.
Lookin forward to seeing you Shaz and Coop. Smiley

Thanks for the input Bob. Am happy to help your confidence building to let you make the most of your Amtra membership. Fumina Clubman or Experience ride, or HCR sweep rider?
See you and Johnny out there, Al, Shaz Coop's

Hi I have just joined and would like to come along with the family on this day. I got into riding last year and have been to Wombat and out to Star Glen a few times but want some more experience and regular rides. How do I find out where to go and what time to be there? Looking forward to it.
