Dave, I should be there for a day or two, basketball again...

Other stuff, hot and cold water taps down at the showers so we can connect up a pressure washer to clean showers/toilets. Tap into the pipes just under hot water units.

Another or even a double power point where the toilet fan is plugged in.

On another thing, maybe the club could buy a quality esky like the one below for this sort of thing and leave it at Abbeyard.
A 100 litre one would bee the ticket.

REPCO carry them.

Not sure about that one , the club could do with one as I have been using my one for the meetings which is why we now get pre cooled drinks as I put the drinks and ice in the day before the meeting, the problem I see with having one and leaving it up there is that the food and ice still needs to be carried up there and that is normally done in a eskys so having one just up there all the time kind of defeats the purpose, but if we had a club one down here it could be takin up and down, just a bit of mucking around to pick up and drop off, but perhaps we could do this with couriers please. Just my thoughts, please consider.

Then buy two  Roll Eyes You've got a budget, spend it on an asset for the club.

I bought something similar from a mob called Techni-ice.

Gary is making some seats for at the showers.

They will just need to be put in the ground with a bag of quickset on each footing..

From the sounds of it they might be to good for Abbeyard..

Ok boys and girls,

So far on the list I have.
Me
Damo
Sky
Jacob
Tim
Mkichel N
Kurnol ?
Rob Crisp X4
Hobbit
Nigel + Family ?

I know i spoke to more people at the meeting but its been a very busy weekend and i forgot who else was coming..

I got the seats of gary today, they look fantastic !!

Seano has acquired us some pipe for the drainage under the roads.
ill bring my trencher up to the easter weekend to make that easy to install.

So the plan is to do some sweep riding on the course. If the rivers will let us.
and or map out a alternate route if the rivers are up.

There are only 2 trees of concern in the tree report. so we can sort them out while we are there.

Bonfire   Grin Grin Grin Grin  (pending on the weather)
The grounds had a good soaking over the last week so it might be a good time to burn off all the extra sticks and the big pile at the bottom of the block.

Now the big question,
What would people prefer?
  • I can bring up some beer, dimmys, bacon and eggs (atpertiser + brecky)
  • Beer and i could do a cook up for tea? Mexican chicken in salad wraps? or std bbq + bacon, eggs for brecky.

Whatever the budget will allow.

Let me know what you thinking..

Please let me know if your not on the list so i can cater for numbers.

Dave, I'm fairly sure there are still fire restrictions in place, better leave burning till Easter.
