Depends when you were thinking of going. I am good 9, 10 & 11 of March if that was about the time you were thinking.

Dave, was planning on going up on Thursday with the kids. If there are any maintainence/repair jobs that anyone one can think of, please list them so I can bring any tools that may be needed.

there have been about 20 trees dropped, so there will be plenty of clean up work in that respect to be done.

As for building maintenance style jobs, Im not sure what is needed other than,
  • Finish building the kitchen.
  • Sort out some sort of better wash up/cooking area design.

Several steps leading down to the showers need replacing with pine sleepers.

The light pole that holds the 2 spotlights down near the showers has rotted out at the base and needs replacing/proping up with star pickets.

I should be free to head up on Thursday. Can bring a chainsaw, but needs the generator to run it.

2400 long t pine sleepers are $14 for 200mmx50mm and $23 for 200mmx75mm. A new light pole would be about $50 for 6m length + bags concrete. So for about $180 I can fix 4 steps and replace pole. Do we need 50mm or 75mm thick sleepers?

50mm will be fine, we need to look at a few more steps while we are at it, both down to the showers and we need to do those steps from between the sheds that go up to the flat sites above the sheds. We'll also need some type of stake for them also but saying that I'm sure there will be enough star pickets we can cut to do the job up there.

Steps above the shed are a great idea, but I will not be able to carry that many sleepers with 3 bikes already on the trailer. I will get 4 sleepers to do existing step repair and a new light pole near showers.

You should bring your own. Don't want to crash and burn the club BBQ. Tongue

Trying to get up for Thursday. Should have room for a sleeper or two on the trailer.

Some more star pickets would be good to have there. We did seem to run out a bit when trying to section off areas. I can bring these as well.
