Post by: David Smith on February 14, 2013, 12,53:13 PM
Hello everyone time to pitch in and help out to get ready for the hcr.

Im thinking if we can get enought people we can get stuck into the minibike track this weeekend aswell.

So common kidds pester mum and dad till they say YES!!!!

I know some of you are going to the dalesford day but i have very limited days left to put these weekends on before the hcr so ditch dalesford and drive 4 hours to the block  ;D

My plan for the weekend is.

[2] Sunday - Preride both courses.

[3] Monday - Nothing planed but maybe an early exit from me to get home at a good hour.

Jobs on the list.
Shelter for the kitchen area.
Light above the sink. any sparkys going up?

Site setup map

Themostat for the kobota

Might even take up the projector and we can put some movies on the big screen for the kids and biger kids.

Any surgestions on movies and ill aquire them for the weekend.

Ill cook for.

The rest of the meals your on your own.

So sounds like a good weekend to get away doesn't it.

Count me in.
I can help with the cooking.
I wouldn't mind pre-riding.
I might have Ross's son Nathan with me - he's a hardworking young man and he has a rec-reg. XR200 which I'm sure he'd love to ride on the new minibike track. Who knows, Ross might even get a weekend off from house-building and come too?

Dave are you going to send the HCR via the mini bike treck this year?

And what are the plans for the bridge for it?

Well if there's a abbyard and non burnt bush then yes the hcr will run the track.

They will still leave the main gate and then up cobbler.

I think it would be to busy down there camping wise to go out that way.

Reports from the fires are good so it looks like this weekend will go ahead.

Sunday will be 2 rides in the one day.
So it will be an early start.

No wrong bridge, the bridge that crosses the gully in the mini bike loop the other side of Cobbler, it was earth with tree stumps as a foundation, over the last few years the water has eroded it and it's gone, I haven't looked at it for a while but I've been told it can't be ridden over.
