Post by: David Smith on January 28, 2013, 10,57:16 AM
Ok so the plan is to get up there and finalize the course and have a bit of a cleanup.

Amtra will be putting on beers and soft drinks for the weekend and tea for the saturday night.

Please let me know who is coming so i can get the correct amount of food.

Ill be cooking a roast of some sort.

Lots of riding to be done for the weekend, Id like to have 2 people to lead the pre-rides, So if your up for it then let me know.

Hope to see you all there.

The only date i have free till March and the course needs to be confirmed to send off for the permits so this is the weekend for it.

List,
David
Al
Nathan
Rob + kids
Denis

If you find the 449 cant do it, i will hook up the 570, between the 2 bikes i'm sure there will be Roost's 20 Ft High.

Shaving DKs head with a cheese grater would be the only way to convert him to Husky

As there is going to be work carried out on the toilet block next to the showers can I please ask that nobody uses them until the work has been completed?

It will make it just a little bit better to work with. :-\

My ETA is 9:00 Saturday.

Ok so there will be 19 of us for the weekend if there's no changes.

I'll do breakfast for Saturday and Sunday
And tea for Saturday night.

Lunches and snacks you will have to do yourself.

Remember to bring water if you don't like the tank water as Saturdays going to be hot.

Bring some gloves and a good hat.

See you all up there. Dave

I know you have probably already thought about it but I would check CFA and weather websites Saturday sounds like a bad day for the fire thats going on up there in the moring and they were just talking about a wind change to a sth easterly direction on Saturday. Stay Safe everyone.

And then to Dave for stopping to help
And then to Jeff and Ian for stopping to help as well,

Dave, well done on the food for the weekend, the roast was great as were the breakfasts.

It was good to eat as a group after the day’s work and unwind with a few beers.

Having the food looked after also makes it so much easier for the weekend.

Next time I'll pack the electric knife ;D
