It will probably be hot, most likely dusty or my record will stay intact and it will rain all weekend. But this is a chance at a four day weekend.
Rides, some work on the block, planning for HCR and consumption of food and drink is in order.

Thanks for the replies.
Here is the rough plan.
Use the tools there for a general clean up - cut grass etc and brushcutter to clean up areas. Check gas cylinders and refill/swap as required. to use the council mower the area needs to be clear of rocks/branches etc so do this before mowing. Use the small mower for areas the large mower will not reach and the brushcutter for remainder. Weed control with Roundup also on the cards.
I plan to provide one feed for those turning up, working on 10 people. This will be an evening feed with a few drinks. The BBQ in the shed can be set up so we can all gather together to cook at the BBQ. If you BYO typical camping food I am sure we can work out the rest.
After some work on the property there will be some riding, so don't forget your bike.
I hope to be there by Sat afternoon around 4-5 p.m (Have some family committments in the morning). I am not sure who will get there first, but you need a gate code, especially if you plan to be there Friday night.
If you have not been to the property before, there are toilets and hot showers there.
I plan to ride day 1 of the HCR, subject to weather over the weekend. Should be time for a short ride on Tuesday before returning home too.

Sorry all leave has been canceled (including mine) because of the fire conditons up here but hope to get there monday if your still there.
Very hot and dry up here so be careful with your fires guys.

Doug and myself plan on going up Friday tea time and return on Tuesday.I know the code as long as it hasn't been changed in the last couple of months.
