Yeah, get him to come!  I need some good shots of the PE.

Are you bringing your old timers?
I sure will be bringing the old girls, I want some good photos of them, if you want to have a ride of an old husky Serge your more than welcome to try them!

Sounds like a plan....you're on!

Look forward to it.

Hi John, I will be there hopefully there will be no George jetson moments!!
I'm thinking of asking my photographer brother to come along if he's available to take pics of all the riders and whatever else he thinks would make a great shot, he takes great photos, would there be much interest from people attending to buy a top quality photo of themselves or there kids riding?? Or would he be wasting his time?

I can't see a proplem with it
To get an idea of intrest I think you would have to give them an idea of price
John T

When I used to race there was a professional Photographer at the meetings & by the end of the day he would put them up on display, if ya liked them, then you would buy the ones you liked, there was no pressure to buy.
The same thing happens at PI track days, if it is a really good shot & if it is a reasonable price it shouldn't be a problem, well that's just my opinion.

Falling off doesn't hurt, it's the sudden stop that does the damage.

To all attending this Family ride day

It would be good if everyone who is using the track that John has maintained, to Donate some Money towards Repair and Maintenance for this great idea of Johns.

Your Donation can be given to Mr Serge on the day, it will be then given to Johns father to replace the Diesel fuel required to run the Tip Truck and Dozer.

I don't see a problem with this idea, as the Dozer uses quite a bit of fuel per Hour, and it's coming out of Johns Fathers Pocket.

It's much easier to Donate Money, rather than bring a Jerry of Diesel.

It would be good if you donate, BUT you don't have to !!

I think $10.00 for a Single track Rider and $20.00 for
Family's, if you feel thats right for you.

I've got a couple of great shots taken of me at Phillip Island track day they were 300x230 I paid $25.00 each, that's about 5 years ago, I picked out 3 out of 5 taken, I would have paid $50.00, especially one of them coming around Siberia on full lean, you could see my eye balls through the helmet visor,I would have paid $100.00 for that one, no worries Grin
What I'm saying is don't be to quick in saying " you must be dreaming" if you see a photo of ya self or ya kids & it really looks great buy it, don't think about the money, in years to come you wont miss the money, but that photo will be there forever. In saying that, you shouldn't be put under any pressure in having to buy the photos taken if you don't really want them.

Have to agree with Frankie on this one! When you have a great photo of yourself or your kids and it's framed and on the wall, you don't even think of the initial cost, cause the memories it brings and the joy you get from looking at the photo far outweigh what you paid for it.
Pete, if you only want to spend $20 for a good shot, buy a disposable camera, give it to your mrs and if your lucky she will get a good shot, but when you want the photo enlarged and the quality is crap, you only have yourself to blame.
Some of the photos my brother has taken of me I would pay $100 for without even thinking about it.
