Hey Zebby after just having mine done I would not recommend it. I have a really good pain thresh hold but Feck it hurt. Anyway try not to soook to much mate if it needs doing just go get it done, it will hurt just as much in 6 mths as it would next week. Good luck mate  |

Yep been hobling around since sunday went back to work for 1/2 days on Tuesday and Just got to drive my fork lift for the 1st time this week. Bit hard getting on and off it but every day it is a little less pain c the surgeon next wedensday so hopefully wont need the crutches for much longer. |

Hi John
I'm sorry but I am going to pull out of tomorrow's ride (and hence so is Paul). I am still recovering from a broken thumb and bad leg (fell of Paul's stupid trials bike) and given the weather forecast I am not feeling confident about riding tomorrow and coming home without worsening current injuries! Really gutted as enjoyed last time. We'll be there for the next one!
