Hi Sean,
Hopefully have the plug problem solved, pulled the carbie apart and found a worn needle and emulsion tube so have replaced both, had the air screw 2 1/2 turns out with a 32.5 pilot will try going to a 30 pilot and have the air screw at 1 1/2 turns , fingers crossed that sorts it.
