Ok as most of you know we have been busy clearing trails and now is the time to test ride some loops in preparation for future rides. Bob you are most welcome to come along , it will be a lot like yesterday but hopefully with out the need to use the chainsaw.
This will not be a beginners ride but if you are a competent Level 2 rider you should be fine with a little help here and there .
The terrain will be mixed from open fire trails to not so open trails to extremely overgrown trails, could be slippery if wet and dusty if dry, there should be ups and downs smooth and ruff, sand, clay, rock, mud, dirt, rivers and mountains and trees to view.
I am limiting the attendance to 22 max but the first few spots are reserved for the other guys who helped with the track clearing. I have put these names on the list automatically but they may pull out if they cannot make it.
I may even camp the night so if anyone is interested in Camping let me know, I know were there's lots of fire wood for a great white mans fire;D.
Meeting at Tanjil Bren Rd on the Right as you head towards Erica from Moe opposite Wild Cow Track at 8am sharp for a 8.30am on the bikes, lunch will be on the trails and fuel for 120 to 140klm and back at the cars before dark.
As with all my rides we could end up just about anywhere and you will be guaranteed fun so I expect a few smiles and laughter along the way.
Don't forget lots of fluids for re hydration and a reliable bike as we could end up 70 or more klms from the cars.
Bring your sense of adventure but do not worry we wont get lost, just not sure if we will find some new trails I have not ridden yet so should be fun.
