Title: Marysville level 1-2 ride Post by: Wade E on June 11, 2010, 01,38:46 PM This is the normal Marysville level 1-2 ride, however with Phil on holidays he has asked me to run the ride this time around.
The ride starts at Narbethong, Dom Dom saddle car park as usual at 9.00 am sunday 11th july. Will be be doing an easy 40k loop in the morning returning to the car park for lunch and refuel then a second more difficult 60k loop in the afternoon. On the bike ready at 9.00 am so get there before then, rain hail or snow we ride, its all a posibility in this region so prepare for it. Bring a well maintained and fully road reg. (rec reg. at your own risk) bike that will cover 90km on a tank full (just in case). The morning ride will be a level 1 easy 40 - 50km lunch and refuel back at the cars so bring something to eat. For those who chose to ride the afternoon it will be level 2 around some of my favourite muddy tracks 50-60km so a good set of knobby tyres are a must on a mid winter ride like this.
