Level 2 ride Neerim South.
Ok in an effort to get a few more bikes there we have lessoned the age slightly but still no button starts, kick or push only.
Ok this is it the third AMTRA Old Banger Duro, Ok one catch you must attend on a registered bike either full or rec reg that is at least 12 years old or older and no electric starters kick or push only ? Not quite Vinduro but AMTRA Old Banger Duro, could be tiring but a good laugh and hopefully not on me. it should be an easy level 2 ride with a good lunch at the pub with plenty of bench racing.
It will be a morning ride with lunch at the pub after.
If you have a bike of 12 years of age or older then dust her off and give her a service and come and join us for a morning of memories of why we upgrade our bikes.
This is a very social ride, with plenty of stops, and Lunch at the Neerim Sth Pub after the ride.
If you have not thrown a leg over your old bike for a while stop making excuses and put your name down and come a long for lots of laughs and bull dust stories and remeber why you are in such a great club.
If you want 2 attend this ride I need to know sooner than later so I can book our spot at the Pub.
Ok for the ride, this is not a beginners ride but if you have done a few level 1 level 2 AMTRA rides with out to much problems and with good pace you should be fine on this one. We meet at the DSE Latrobe River Rd Trail Bike unloading Saturday the 23rd of October 8.am for a 8.30am start onto the trails and back 2 the cars for 12.30 and into the Pub for 1pm. Rec Reg welcome. Full tank of fuel. Plenty of fluid for hydraition. Nothing too hard a nice cruisy ride with a few small steep ups and downs but mainly open trails and maybe a couple of goat tracks thrown in depending on who comes along.
We should be all packed up, and sitting down in the Neerim Sth Pub ,for some serious bench racing by 1pm lunch.
If your coming and for directions(see attached Latrobe TVA map)
For the guys who have not been to Neerim before I will meet you at the East bound BP on Princes Hwy at Long Warry for 7.15am for a 7.30am departure from the BP. Note I will be parked at the rear of the servo in the truck parking bays. The servo is around 15 minutes past the last Pakenham turn off and it is just inside the 80klm speed zone. contact Will 0414354317

ok the big CR is still out of action so although I will still ride the XR on this day I am now opening it up to any one or any bike who wants to come along for a level 2 morning ride and pubman lunch. How ever we are going to have some fun with this one, it is going to be a small fund raiser for the club, it is going to be a poker run, you pay $5 before the ride which entitells you to 5 cards through out the morning, if you want to change any of your cards it will cost you $2 per new card selected. 1st card will be at the carpark and then at each rest stop you will get to select another card. Cards can be swapped with the dealer as many times as you like as long as you pay $2 per swap.
Money raised will go towards running other social events like a chrissy function etc. The best poker hand at the end wins and first Prize is a slab of miller's draft beer. As usual on my rides it is all about fun so cheating will be encouraged but if caught out by myself you may be fined or disqualified. So if you are up for more laughter and fun with a ride thrown in and some bench racing at the bistro afterwards then get your name on the list. Will
UPDATEGuys please note that this is just not an old banger ride this month due to some bikes being in the workshop so we would love to have as many along as who wants to come for a level 2 blast around Neerim, and you are welcome to join us for lunch at the pub. Will
