Title: Suzuki DR750 - 800 (DR BIG)

Need some help boys, looking to start another project.
DR BIG 750-800, they came out around the late 80's and finished around 93 ish. Here is a link so you can see what they look like.    http://www.bikepics.com/suzuki/dr800/     I anyone knows anything, that would help find one please contact me.

Pete were they sold in Australia?

A mate had one of these after he had the Honda XLV750 and KLR650.

The DR800 is the biggest production single cylinder bike made.

These bikes (like a lot of 80/90's stuff) benefited greatly from mods aimed and getting better breathing. Cam mod's were not unusual either.

I'm sure you'll be doing these very soon.....

I remember them at in the city when i was going to trade school, i just want to do something different this time.

Found one in Tas  1988 750 Orange-black

The new project begins , just waiting on the beast.
Bike will come over from Tassy next week.

Yeah but whats install for the bike ???  What are you going to do to it during THE PROJECT ? ? ? ? ? ?

It has two tanks Left & Right with two filler caps and hold approx 29 Litres 50-55 hp and weight 194 KG's without fuel.
Should be great in single trail.!!!!

Put a dozer blade on it and make the single track.

The beast has arrived.
In pretty good nic for a bike thats over 20 years old, starts and runs like a ripper.
