If your a big boy (you name here indicates that may be so...) and you've got the coin there is nothing better. The modifications required to make it a weapon in the bush consist of... 1. Remove the indicators 2. Bung on a set of HD tubes and your favourite tyres Now go roost your mates ! Title: Re: Husaberg FE 570 2009 model Post by: Willbar on August 01, 2009, 10,58:17 AM Thanks Paul, went to Lilydale today and rode both the 450 and the 570, boy what a decission could not pick much between the two bikes. There is only a 570 available new at the moment until the 2010 bikes are released in November. Anyway I have to sell a couple of toys to fund a new bike so we will see how long it takes to raise the coin.

Title: Re: Husaberg FE 570 2009 model Post by: chrism on April 14, 2010, 02,05:58 PM I need a new sticker kit, when ever I tow the bike anywhere they fly out the sides like wings.
But I don't want to get picked on and labelled (pardon the pun) as one of those people with the sticker kits. Maybe I'll just get some billeted valve caps, master cylinder tops, oil plugs etc instead. That sounds like a better idea! ;D Title: Re: Husaberg FE 570 2009 model Post by: Paul Lacy on April 15, 2010, 01,59:24 AM Will
I just bought a 390 and went an my first ride on Sunday. It was awesome. Exactly the same as the 450 and 570 with a bit more manageable power. The larger capacity would probably suit a big boy like you though. Good luck. See you at HCR. Paul Nice work Paul, You'll enjoy that. I'm told that the 390 is awsome for traction and drive. We look forward to a ride report soon !!! Title: Re: Husaberg FE 570 2009 model Post by: Willbar on April 18, 2010, 12,32:34 AM Well I did about a 20klm road ride the other night to run the 525 in after the engine rebuild then took it a little easy on it yesterday on the morning ride but in the arvo I let it have it. Must report it is best it has ever been since I have owned it, smooth power delivery and as much power as I need at the moment. The mid range and top end is back were it should be and the low end is just so smooth, Mmmm cant wait till next weekend, climbing them hills.
