Before the meeting there is a BBQ and something to drink, watch the videos from previous rides and catch up with what's going on in the club . After the meeting a light supper is available and more videos are shown.

General Meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month, except December at the hall at the rear of St David’s Anglican Church, 1111 Doncaster Rd, Doncaster East. Melway 48 D1, Opposite Tunstall Square. Meetings commence at 8:00pm.

The X is on the hall where the meetings are held, access via driveway shown with arrow. There is a small car park at the rear that fills up early and it's hard to get out of at the end of the night. More parking is available across the road in the shopping centre.
